🕊️ Walk Where He Walked: Where to Visit & Honor MLK

Dr. King’s life is mapped across America — and around the world — through places that hold his spirit.
In Atlanta, Georgia, the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park preserves his childhood home, the church where he preached, and his final resting place beside Coretta Scott King.

In Memphis, Tennessee, the Lorraine Motel — where he was assassinated — now stands as the National Civil Rights Museum, a powerful testament to his unfinished work. From the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C., where he shared his dream, to the Ebenezer Baptist Church pulpit, visitors can still feel the pulse of history.

Every visit is an act of remembrance — and a reminder that the dream must be carried forward by each of us.

💡 Little Known Fun Fact: Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech wasn’t fully written out — he improvised much of it after Mahalia Jackson called out, “Tell them about the dream, Martin!”
